The participants in the RK³ road tour of Saturday 22 June 2024 have by their participation in this ride agreed to the following.
The driver of the participating vehicle hereby declares that he/she holds a valid driving licence and is not disqualified to drive a vehicle. The driver and the navigator may swap places between themselves as long as both meet the requirements to drive a vehicle. The driver of the participating vehicle declares that the vehicle in which he/she is participating is validly insured and registered and meets the technical requirements of a motor vehicle.
The participants have taken note that during the ride, the traffic regulations must be strictly observed. Any accident or incident in which they are involved must be reported immediately to the organisation, on +32 487 60 86 69.
The participants or their beneficiaries waive any possible right of recourse against the organisers and/or their collaborators on this ride for any damage, of whatever nature, which would be a direct or indirect consequence of this establishment. The participants acknowledge that, in the event of damage resulting from their participation in this journey, the acceptance of risk may be invoked by both the organisers and the participants themselves. The organisers and the employees decline all responsibility for the violations of law committed by the participants as well as for any accident of the participant before, during or after the ride.
Should there be additional occupants, the driver and navigator shall make every effort to look after the passengers in their vehicle.
